Ty Aziz

Chief Executive Officer

A pragmatic CEO with 25 years’ experience in the fire door sector, Ty directs the business with a proactive and personable approach. Initially employed as a Bench Joiner, Ty has a practical and thorough understanding of joinery manufacturing and production. This in-depth knowledge means he can drive product developments and improvements to expand the business.

Richard Myatt

Chief Finance Officer

Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young before holding senior finance roles at Saint-Gobain, including Finance Director at Jewson. He later served as Finance Director for the UK, Ireland, and Middle East at SIG plc, and took on an operational role as Group Programmes Director. Richard was CFO at both Palletways and National Timber Group before joining Sentry Doors as Chief Finance Officer.

Emma Geddes

Finance Director

An integral member of the team and working operationally at board level, Emma has over 25 years’ experience in accountancy with particular experience in hauliers, manufacturing, timber merchants and retail. Emma brings her vast experience from working as a Management Accountant in a private practice accountancy. Overseeing all aspects of accountancy with particular attention to margin and business overheads, Emma plays an active part in driving the business forward.

Ashley Rolfe

Operations Director

With over 10 years of senior operations management – more than half of which has been in the fire safety sector – Ashley is highly skilled at building efficient, effective and safe production processes as well as driving Operational improvements to support business growth. Before his commercial career, he was a Mechanical Engineer in the Royal Marines for over 11 years so also has hands-on knowledge when it comes to making things work with high-performing teams.

Jon Gatfield

Chairman

Jon is an Operating Partner at Cairngorm Capital and Executive Chairman of Sentry Fire Safety Group. He has a deep-rooted experience in manufacturing and logistics and thrives in situations that demand rapid transformation. Jon takes a dynamic approach to leading and inspiring the management team in order to deliver positive change and performance improvement.
